- We hire only the best: We are a dedicated team of professionals working hard to serve you. Our small staff simply can’t handle an influx of walk-in visitors at a time and give them the time they deserve.
- You Matter: Every customer deserves our full attention. All projects are unique and we offer unique products of various styles and price points. We want to be available to answer questions and offer guidance when requested. Most people who come in just to “browse” end up with questions (which is a good thing!) and we always want to be helpful.
- The Immerse Experience: Our showroom intentionally contains little branding and pricing to avoid clutter and to promote a calming environment. We have lots of working and interactive displays, and we work hard to stay fresh and relevant. We are always showcasing new product and our associates are trained at pointing out how to take full advantage of our showroom, keeping you informed and on budget.
- When you are Ready: When you are ready we can schedule a follow-up appointment to make selections, especially if you have lots decisions to make, based on your individual needs, wants, measurements, plans, etc. We look forward to making this process a unique and enjoyable experience for you!
